New House

Our move date is set for May 3rd and the c-section is set for May 5th... which will come first?  My bet is the move.  The doctor said that the babies were doing just fine and reassured us that Monday would be a good day for the babes birth.  The babies are positioned breech and vertex so I'm having the c-section for sure.  Hopefully they will be around 5 1/2 lbs but the ultrasound weights are only a guesstimate.  As soon as we can we'll post some photos.
I'm including some photos of the new house and a little of the work that we have been doing.  The girls are excited to get into the indoor swimming pool (hot tub)!
From the photos, I'm sure you won't be surprised that Eloise is saying she wants to be a doctor when she grows up.  Enjoy...

Oxbow Zoo

Thought I would share our beautiful afternoon at Oxbow with you.  It's a great little place for a day trip to see native Minnesota animals.  The girls were pretty impressed with the otters and snakes.  Not too many people noticed the whale!

Claudia says "it's a little tight Eloise," but enjoys the snuggles.

The Quest Goes On...

Here are some photos from the day of play.  Eloise is burning rubber chasing Grandma Jane, while Claudia is experimenting with the new power chair from Otto Bock.
No babies yet...

Contractions

Thirty-five weeks begins with a trip into the Mayo triage for the strap-on monitors and fun exams.  The result being a trip home to declare myself in labor or just pretending.  No changes in the cervical arena so we'll consider it a practice run.
Thank goodness for grandparents to watch over and care for Claudia and Eloise.  Happy Anniversary John and Jane!!  We'll keep you posted.

Transitions

We are about to embark on multiple transitions and hope that our new blog will help keep all up to date.  In the next couple of months we are: expecting our second set of twins, moving into a new house, and Matt is starting a new position.  As I am able I will add some photos and news.  Regards
